Shipping
We use the most efficient carrier for deliveries to your area. Delivery and insurance charges are based on the value of the merchandise shipped to each separate destination.

Please allow 5-7 business days for Regular Delivery and 2 business days for UPS 2nd Day Air unless stated otherwise. UPS Next Day Air takes 1 business days and is available for orders received before noon (EST) Monday-Friday. Please order by phone to confirm availability and shipping requirements.

Our ordering deadlines for Christmas 2009 delivery are as follows:
Standard shipping - Orders placed by 10:00 am EST on December 18
UPS 2nd Day Air - Orders placed by Noon EST on December 22
UPS Next Day Air - Orders placed by Noon EST on December 23

No Rush or Express to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada addresses. Some items cannot be delivered Rush or Express. Weekend Delivery is not available.

All standard shipping will ship ground via UPS or USPS. If we have an e-mail address and the package is over 1 lb., an e-mail confirmation of the shipped order will be sent and will include a tracking number whenever possible.

For orders shipped to Canada, add $8 US to the standard shipping charges. All prices are in US dollars, payable in US funds only. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside the US. We consolidate shipments through International Mail Express, from there the orders get delivered to the customer via Canada Post.

Taxes
Orders shipping to Maryland, Minnesota or Ohio are subject to sales tax.

Maryland sales tax is 6.0% (changed 1/3/08), all items are taxable;
Minnesota sales tax is 6.875% (changed 7/1/09), food and apparel items are not taxable;
Ohio sales tax is 6.5%, food items are not taxable.
