Desirée Rumbaugh began her yoga training in 1987 and has been teaching since 1989. She began studying with Anusara founder John Friend in 1993 and is now a certified Anusara teacher. She travels the globe teaching workshops and retreats and is a frequent contributor to Yoga Journal magazine.
