Zulugrass Necklace with Porcelain Cross Pendant
Conceived by Philip and Katy Leakey, Zulugrass is helping to preserve the culture of the Maasai people of the Kenyan bush. Today more than 1,400 Maasai women make Zulugrass jewelry, earning an income while living their traditional lifestyle. Strung on strong elastic, beads of naturally dyed local grass and Czech glass are accented with porcelain Cross pendant handmade in Africa. 25" necklaces twist to wear as bracelets; 1 ¼" pendants clasp on or off.
